The Holy Child Central Colleges, Inc. (HCCCI) enthusiastically joined the 𝙕𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙋𝙪𝙗𝙡𝙞𝙘 𝙊𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙣 𝙋𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙩 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙛𝙚𝙧 𝙎𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢 (𝙋𝘾𝙏𝙎)—𝙈𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙤 𝘾𝙡𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧 on May 8, 2023, held at the SMX Convention Center, SM Lanang, Davao City. This orientation was a momentous occasion for all higher education institutions (HEIs), State Universities and Colleges (SUCs), and Local Universities and Colleges (LUCs) as it supplied them with the formal orientation they needed to comply with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Act of 1994, Republic Act No. 10647 of 2014, also known as the Ladderized Education Act, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations through the expertise of the speakers that the event successfully brought together in discussing firsthand knowledge, standards, and benefits of the PCTS.

The aforementioned event was organized through a collaborative effort by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), the Department of Education (DepEd), the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), and the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). The primary objective of this event was to disseminate crucial information and updates on the Philippine Credit Transfer System. The system's core objective is to promote flexible learning pathways and recognize the prior learning experiences of students within the country.

The one-day orientation was attended by the Executive Vice President of HCCCI, Vanessa Marie L. Antiquin; HCCCI's Compliance Officer/TESDA Focal, Liza E. Losaria. The HCCCI is deeply grateful for the opportunity to participate in this orientation, which provided us with valuable insights and knowledge that will enable us to further enhance our academic offerings. We recognize the importance of staying current with the latest developments in the education sector to better serve our students and prepare them for future success.

In a broader sense, HCCCI's engagement in the Zonal Public Orientation on the Philippine Credit Transfer System - Mindanao Cluster highlights the institution's persistent dedication to offering excellent instruction that meets the market's ever-evolving demands.
