New Student Admission Process

Thank you for your interest in enrolling. Please see instructions below:

1. Prepare scanned copies of:

  • Birth Certificate (NSO/PSA)
  • Marriage Certificate (if married)
  • 2x2 ID Pictures (white background)
  • Certificate of Good Moral
  • Transcript of Records
  • Transfer Credential
  • Form 138 (for SHS graduates only)

2. Fill out the enrollment form.

Old students must use HCCCI email (hccci.edu.ph).

3. Confirm subjects via email reply.

4. For questions, contact your program head or reply to the email.

5. Wait for cashier's confirmation with payment info.

6. Pay in-person or click here for online options.
