HCCCI has been the training partner of this 𝑭𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝑳𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒚 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒎 which can be recalled as having been launched in the municipality of Lake Sebu last July 2022. There were already over 6,000 farmers and fisherfolks who attended this Financial Literacy training, conducted in all the barangays of the said municipality

The said event was the LBP's initiative through the LCDFI's endeavor to provide adequate training and a workshop for the farmers of Lake Sebu. Among all the associations in Lake Sebu, 3 were chosen to be part of a such an important event, namely; Lake Sebu Vegetable Association (LAS VEGAS), Lake Sebu Indigenous Women and Farmers Association (LASIWFA), and Luhib Coconut Farmers Association. It allowed them to have a separate time to learn about their financial situations as independent farmers and gain favorable insights on how to balance their savings and expenditures as a new or growing farmer association in their community from the perspective of the experts in this field. The totality of the members of the three associations who aspire to succeed in growing their financial situation and learning their financial accountability in farming have been able to gain important discourse through Financial Literacy Training (Lecture and Workshop) and Simultaneous Training in Natural Farming & Farm Planning, & Management as a form of a workshop, which was simultaneously supported with video documentation presentation as part of showcasing the honest and timely situations of our farmers in the areas of Lake Sebu.

Along with the mission of providing adequate instruction and support through education to the learners in its community, HCCCI's presence with the partnership of Classify Incorporated to help maneuver such a big event as a teaching institution in the community through external and community linkage plays a big role in developing the institution's capability to also provide access and delivery of literacy in economic exchange and conduct to the valued people of its community, such as our respected farmers. Furthermore, HCCCI is consistently seen as innovating to deliver excellent instruction to its treasured students while also taking an active role in international and local affairs to serve as a lighthouse for its community in moments of triumph and challenges.
