On June 15, 2024, the second week of the ED TECH FUSION initiative saw students from the Philippines and Venezuela advance their collaborative efforts. Participants from Holy Child Central Colleges, Inc. (HCCCI), San Pedro College-Davao, Central Mindanao College-Kidapawan City, Negros Oriental State University, and Universidad Católica Andrés Bello engaged in detailed discussions to refine their plans for the joint educational technology project.
In virtual breakout sessions, students exchanged insights and ideas, emphasizing the importance of cultural integration, technological innovation, and sustainability. They aimed to create an educational tool that is functional, culturally inclusive, and accessible to a broad audience. Faculty members provided guidance to ensure the project aligns with academic standards and fulfills the program’s objectives.
Participants outlined next steps, including detailed project planning, assigning roles, and setting milestones. The enthusiasm among students is growing as they move closer to creating a tangible outcome from their collaboration. This initiative not only aims to produce an innovative educational tool but also to forge strong international connections and mutual understanding between the two cultures.
Stay tuned for more updates on the progress of ED TECH FUSION as these bright minds shape the future of educational technology through international cooperation and innovation.
