As the month-long celebration of 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑 𝑵𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑾𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒏'𝒔 𝑴𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒉 comes to a close, we reflect on the progress that has been made towards achieving gender equality and inclusivity in our society. This year's theme, 𝘞𝘌 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘎𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘌𝘲𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘐𝘯𝘤𝘭𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘚𝘰𝘤𝘪𝘦𝘵𝘺, emphasized the importance of collective action in achieving these goals.

The HCCCI community joined the celebration by taking a pictorial wearing purple, a color that symbolizes women empowerment and gender equality. They proudly posed for the camera, showing their support for all empowered women and their commitment to creating a more inclusive and just society.

The slogan, 𝙱𝚊𝚋𝚊𝚎 𝚔𝚊, 𝙷𝚒𝚗𝚍𝚒 𝚋𝚊𝚋𝚊𝚎 𝚕𝚊𝚗𝚐! is a reminder that women are more than just their gender. Women are also defined by their different backgrounds, beliefs, and identities. HCCCI recognizes and values the diverse identities of women, creating a work environment that fosters inclusivity and equality.
