Day 01: Onboarding Workshop on the Fundamentals of Nursing Practice Mannequins for Faculty and Staff
𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟭𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 – 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵'𝘀 𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳 𝗮𝘁 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲𝘀, 𝗜𝗻𝗰. (𝗛𝗖𝗖𝗖𝗜), came together for an engaging workshop focused on the usability and features of the 𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗻𝘀. Designed to enhance teaching methodologies and foundational nursing skills, the event aimed to equip participants with the tools and knowledge necessary for effective mannequin utilization.
With the support of Sterling Scientific Marketing, the workshop not only introduced participants to the advanced functionalities of both adult and infant mannequins but also evaluated their user-friendliness and efficiency in real-world applications.
Through interactive demonstrations and guided hands-on sessions, participants explored the intricate components of the mannequins, practiced operating them, and learned to troubleshoot common issues. The collaborative learning environment fostered a deeper understanding of how these tools can elevate nursing education.
The workshop concluded with a unified commitment from the participants to maximize the potential of these nursing mannequins. Together, we are taking significant steps toward empowering future healthcare professionals with the confidence and skills to deliver exceptional care.
