First Batch of HALI Trainees Completes 5-Day Certificate Program, Some Secure Job Offers with VXI
The HCCCI Adult Learning Institute (HALI), in partnership with VXI Philippines, recently celebrated a major milestone as the first batch of trainees successfully completed the 5-Day Contact Center Services Certificate Training Program.
The training, designed to equip participants with essential skills for the BPO industry, culminated in several graduates qualifying for job offer signings with VXI. This outcome highlights the effectiveness of the HALI program in not only enhancing participants’ communication and customer service skills but also providing direct pathways to employment.

The program was offered free of charge to eligible participants and held at HCCCI’s main campus in Surallah, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to community development and workforce readiness.
With the success of Batch 1, the program is set to continue with additional batches, opening doors for more individuals seeking to build a career in the contact center industry.
