Holy Child Central Colleges, Inc. conducted a seminar on "Constructing Effective Test Questions and Table of Specifications (TOS)" on Friday, September 27, 2024, at the Main Campus Library. The seminar, which started at 1:00 PM, was attended by HCCCI faculty members.

The event was spearheaded by Vince Karl D. Otic, the school's Quality Assurance Officer, and featured Mark Laurence J. Fano, LPT, MALT, CHRA, the OIC Dean of College of Education, as the resource speaker. The seminar provided valuable insights into best practices for creating effective test questions and the proper use of TOS to ensure quality assessments across various academic programs.
