On October 20, 2024, Holy Child Central Colleges, Inc. (HCCCI) reached a significant milestone with the grand inauguration of the 𝗛𝗖𝗖𝗖𝗜 𝗔𝗱𝘂𝗹𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 (𝗛𝗔𝗟𝗜). This proud moment for the institution was spearheaded by key school officials, including School President Marivet S. Caballero, Board Member Darrell S. Caballero, Executive Vice President Vanessa Marie L. Antiquin, MMEM, and Academic Director Dr. Erwin M. Faller, all of whom played pivotal roles in launching this transformative initiative.

The event was further distinguished by the participation of notable organizations, such as the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA), the Organization for the Cooperation of Southeast Asian Nations (OCSEAN), and Universitas Udayana. Their involvement was made possible through the efforts of Ms. Shine Perong. A highlight of the inauguration was the open forum, moderated by Mr. Carlo Ebeo, Commissioner of the NCCA. Esteemed guest panelists, Dr. George Saad and Dr. Mohammar Rindo, shared their insights on lifelong learning, sparking engaging discussions with attendees. Representing the local government, Municipal Administrator Sir Benjie Datinguinoo spoke on behalf of Surallah’s Municipal Mayor, Hon. Pedro M. Matinong, Jr. The presence of the Surallah local government unit underscored the community’s strong support for this groundbreaking educational initiative.

With the establishment of HALI, HCCCI reaffirms its commitment to fostering a culture of lifelong learning, where education knows no age limits and opportunities for growth are limitless.
