HCCCIโs -Basic Education Family Day 2023
To foster bonds between family members, students, and teachers, the Holy Child Central Colleges, Inc โ Basic Education Department celebrated its ๐๐ช๐ถ๐ฒ๐ต๐ ๐๐ช๐ last January 14, 2023, with the theme: "๐๐ณ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐๐ฑ๐ช๐ณ๐ช๐ต ๐ฐ๐ง ๐๐ฏ๐ช๐ต๐บ, ๐๐ฐ๐ณ๐ฌ ๐ข๐ด ๐ข ๐ต๐ฆ๐ข๐ฎ ๐ค๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฆ ๐ธ๐ฉ๐ข๐ต ๐ฎ๐ข๐บ".
First on the schoolโs core values is โspiritual growthโ which was well represented by the holy mass offered on the ground of HCCCI Campus 2 as the first part of the whole-day event, which made it possible for families to be together and hear the word of God.
The next part of the event was the Motorcade Parade which was participated by around 200 Holinian families riding in different vehicles passing through Surallah Public Market road to the Municipal Round Ball, then going back to the campus.
A program ensued right after the parade in which Edwin Dacutanan, PTA President, delivered opening remarks. Executive Vice President Vanessa Marie L. Antiquin, who is also supportive of her daughter, attended the event and warmly delivered her message. Pupils and students had an amusing and adorable mass dance presentation during the program that their parents could be proud of.
Parents, pupils, and teachers got the chance to bond and eat their lunch together as each of the families had their own food to share, which elucidates the gratefulness for the said event.
Moreover, โFamily Got Talent" brought the afternoon to life as students and parents showcased their talents as a family. Lowel D. Pasinag, LPT, MMEM, the school principal, delivered his closing remarks, and then it was concluded with a Community Dance by the SSG Officers
The said Family Day served as a good reminder not just for the HCCCI community but for us all to provide our time, attention, and thoughts to the people in our families who are closest to us. It is simple to allow ourselves to lose sight of what should always be essential โ our children, parents, and other loved ones โ throughout our busy lives filled with learning, teaching, and working. Family Day is a wonderful opportunity for parents, students, and teachers to connect with one another
