Holy Child Central Colleges, Inc. hosted a five-day 𝐎𝐧𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 for its onsite and CFLEX College Faculty last January 6 to 10, 2025, under the leadership of Academic Director Erwin M. Faller, PhD. The program aimed to equip newly hired and existing full-time and part-time faculty members with the tools, knowledge, and skills essential for delivering quality education aligned with HCCCI’s standards.

The workshop emphasized institutional policies, advanced teaching methodologies, and technological innovations critical for holistic student development. Dr. Faller highlighted the institution's commitment to fostering academic excellence and nurturing future leaders.

The event featured esteemed speakers, including Dr. Mervin A. Osic, who discussed syllabus making, strategies for teaching 21st-century learners, and classroom management. Reyan Antiquin, Operations Manager of Classify, Inc., shared insights on innovative educational tools and solutions to enhance teaching practices. Representatives from Turnitin, Liber Enterprise, and C & E Publishing Inc. also contributed to the program, alongside HCCCI’s Human Resource Officer, Sir Siegfied Escamilla.

HCCCI faculty members are now equipped and well-prepared to deliver quality education for the second semester, ensuring an engaging and excellence-driven academic experience for students that shapes the leaders of tomorrow.
