Holy Child Central Colleges, Inc. (HCCCI) proudly participated in the 1st Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) for Calendar Year 2025, an important regional military training and evaluation activity organized by the 7th Air Reserve Center. Held on November 7โ8, 2025, the RAATI took place at the BSP Camp in Malagos, Davao City, bringing together ROTC cadets from various affiliated institutions across the region.

Each participating school deployed twenty-seven cadets, including a required minimum of seven female cadets, showcasing inclusivity and gender balance. HCCCIโs cadets stood among these promising young leaders, representing the institution with discipline, confidence, and readiness.

The RAATI is conducted in adherence to Region Memorandum No. 114, Series of 2025, mandating the annual evaluation of ROTC units in areas such as Rank Inspection, Close Order Drill execution, First Aid capability demonstrations, and a regional Shooting Competition. These components serve to assess the administrative soundness, tactical performance, and overall preparedness of cadets and their respective units.
HCCCIโs participation followed strict guidelines and safety protocols under the supervision of the schoolโs dedicated ROTC training staff composed of SSg Eelvin C. Vallenzuela PAF โ MTI, TSg Ipafrudito Pimentel PAF (Ret.) โ VRI, and SGT Janry Claud PAFR โ VRI. The overall conduct of the activity was led by COL Mark Allan G. Gavilan PAF (GSC), Commanding Officer of the 7th Air Reserve Center, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to training standards. Support and coordination from Rey Patric O. Jugos, CCS, R.Crim, MSCJ, Dean of the College of Criminal Justice Education Department and HCCCI-ROTC Coordinator, further strengthened the institutionโs involvement and cadet preparation.

Throughout the two-day assessment, HCCCI cadets displayed exceptional discipline, precision, and teamwork. Their performance in the Shooting Competition earned the institution 3rd Rank among twelve participating schools, a testament to their commitment and growing expertise in tactical drills.
The RAATI event was facilitated by the Philippine Air Force RAATI Team led by LTC Sherwin A. Montejo PAF (CIG, AFRC) as Head of RAATI, supported by LTC Arnel L. Mendoza PAF (Ex-O, C3), MAJ Shahani B. Ballares PAF (C8, AFRC), 2LT King Arnel D. Javier PAF (Ex-O, C8, AFRC), SGT Raymond L. Unisa 898713 PAF (C8, NCOIC, AFRC), SGT Bryan Kenneth Muรฑos PAF (C8 Personnel, AFRC), A1C Gil Eric M. Jumalon PAF (C8 Personnel, AFRC), and AM Grafane PAF (C8 Personnel, AFRC), who collectively ensured the comprehensive and fair execution of all inspection components.

HCCCIโs active involvement in this regional initiative reflects the schoolโs steady alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 5 (Gender Equality), and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions). By upholding equal participation, strengthening leadership competencies, promoting civic responsibility, and engaging students in structured peace and security training, the institution reinforces its commitment to producing globally aware and community-driven individuals.
