Mrs. Juliet C. Arellano-Castañas, LPT, MAEd, served as an Adjudicator for Poster Presentation under Theme 1A: Teaching and Learning. Her participation reflects HCCCI's unwavering commitment to academic excellence, research advancement, and the promotion of evidence-based educational practices.
