Holy Child Central Colleges, Inc. (HCCCI) extends its congratulations to John Rey A. Tresbe, LPT, Senior High School (SHS) Academic Coordinator of the Basic Education Department, on his successful completion of the PEACโNUS Executive Education Program, โTransforming Philippine Education through Effective Policy Reforms,โ held from July 8โ10, 2026, at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore (NUS).
Organized by the Private Education Assistance Committee (PEAC) in partnership with the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, the three-day executive program brought together Philippine education leaders and administrators for an intensive learning experience focused on educational policy, strategic leadership, institutional governance, innovation, and future-ready education. The program provided participants with global perspectives and practical approaches to strengthening educational institutions in response to the evolving demands of the sector.

Throughout the program, Mr. Tresbe participated in expert-led learning sessions, leadership workshops, policy discussions, and institutional learning visits that explored key areas such as education policymaking in Singapore, technology-enhanced teaching and learning, Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), strategic leadership, scenario planning, future thinking, and innovative institutional governance. These engagements provided opportunities to exchange best practices, strengthen professional networks, and gain insights from Singapore's internationally recognized approaches to education and institutional development.

A significant component of the program was the Learning Journey to Temasek Polytechnic, where participants gained practical insights into practice-oriented education, industry-academe collaboration, technology-enabled learning environments, applied research, and student-centered approaches to teaching and learning. The institutional visit offered valuable perspectives on how innovation, curriculum development, and industry engagement could be integrated to prepare learners for the evolving demands of the global workforce.
The successful completion of the international executive program reflected HCCCI's continuing investment in the professional development of its academic leaders and its broader commitment to educational excellence, quality assurance, and internationalization. The knowledge, leadership perspectives, and innovative strategies gained from the program are expected to contribute to strengthening instructional leadership, curriculum innovation, institutional planning, and academic development across the institution.

The executive education program likewise advanced the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education, by strengthening leadership competencies and promoting innovative, inclusive, and technology-enabled learning; SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, through discussions on workforce development and industry-responsive education; SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, by highlighting digital transformation, educational innovation, and future-ready learning systems; and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, by fostering international collaboration, knowledge exchange, and professional networks among education leaders committed to advancing quality education.
HCCCI commended Mr. Tresbe for his dedication to continuous professional development, lifelong learning, and educational leadership. His successful completion of the program represented not only a significant professional achievement but also an opportunity to translate international perspectives and best practices into initiatives that could contribute to the continued development of the institution and the enhancement of learning experiences for the HCCCI academic community.

Through the accomplishments of its academic leaders, HCCCI continued to strengthen its commitment to developing globally competent educators and advancing transformative, innovative, and internationally responsive education. The Institution congratulated Mr. Tresbe on this significant achievement and looked forward to the continued application of the knowledge, perspectives, and leadership competencies gained from the program in advancing quality education and institutional excellence at HCCCI.
