HCCCI proudly celebrates another significant research achievement of its Academic Director, 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐃𝐫. 𝐄𝐫𝐰𝐢𝐧 𝐌. 𝐅𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫,𝐑𝐏𝐡., 𝐌𝐒𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦., 𝐏𝐡𝐃𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦., 𝐏𝐡𝐃𝐄𝐋., 𝐅𝐑𝐈𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦., 𝐅𝐀𝐂𝐏, following the publication and indexing of his scholarly work in the 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐍𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐈𝐉𝐍𝐇𝐇𝐀). This accomplishment further highlights his steadfast commitment to advancing healthcare research and contributing valuable knowledge to the global academic community.


The research study, titled “𝙏𝒉𝙚 𝙇𝒊𝙫𝒆𝙙 𝙀𝒙𝙥𝒆𝙧𝒊𝙚𝒏𝙘𝒆 𝒐𝙛 𝙃𝒆𝙖𝒍𝙩𝒉𝙘𝒂𝙧𝒆 𝑷𝙧𝒐𝙛𝒆𝙨𝒔𝙞𝒐𝙣𝒂𝙡𝒔 𝒊𝙣 𝙩𝒉𝙚 𝙄𝒎𝙥𝒍𝙚𝒎𝙚𝒏𝙩𝒂𝙩𝒊𝙤𝒏 𝒐𝙛 𝙄𝒏𝙩𝒆𝙧𝒑𝙧𝒐𝙛𝒆𝙨𝒔𝙞𝒐𝙣𝒂𝙡 𝘾𝒐𝙡𝒍𝙖𝒃𝙤𝒓𝙖𝒕𝙞𝒐𝙣,” co-authored by 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐧 𝐅. 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝐂𝐫𝐮𝐳, 𝐄𝐫𝐰𝐢𝐧 𝐌. The study provides a deeper understanding of how effective collaboration among healthcare teams contributes to improved patient care, enhanced communication, better decision-making, and stronger healthcare outcomes.


In today's increasingly complex healthcare environment, interprofessional collaboration has become a cornerstone of high-quality patient care. By examining the real-life experiences of healthcare practitioners, the researchers identified key factors that support successful teamwork and the barriers healthcare professionals encounter in implementing collaborative practices. The findings offer valuable guidance for healthcare organizations, administrators, educators, and policymakers seeking to strengthen collaborative healthcare models and improve service delivery.
