GLASGOW, SCOTLAND — Holy Child Central Colleges, Inc. (HCCCI) will represent Philippine higher education at the European Association for International Education (EAIE) 2026, scheduled for September 8–11, 2026, in Glasgow, Scotland. HCCCI is the only Philippine institution featured among the FEDE member institutions participating in the event.

Since joining FEDE in 2024, HCCCI has strengthened its engagement with an international network of higher education institutions. At EAIE 2026, it will connect with FEDE member institutions from Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Iraq, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Romania, Senegal, Switzerland, and Türkiye.

The event will enable HCCCI to engage with international education leaders and explore opportunities in student mobility, faculty exchange, research collaboration, institutional partnerships, and Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL). These engagements are expected to support the institution’s academic development and expand opportunities for its students and faculty.

In the coming days, HCCCI will also bring with it not only its school community but also its partner schools from across the country. Their presence reflects a shared commitment to strengthening Philippine higher education through collaboration, international engagement, and the exchange of knowledge and opportunities.

HCCCI’s participation forms part of its continuing commitment to internationalization. By building relationships beyond the Philippines, the institution aims to bring new perspectives, knowledge, and collaborative opportunities to its academic community in South Cotabato and to its partner institutions nationwide.

The initiative also advances HCCCI’s contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals. It supports SDG 4: Quality Education by promoting access to international learning opportunities, SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals through cross-border academic collaboration, and SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities by working to make global engagement more accessible to learners and faculty.

EAIE 2026 will provide HCCCI with a platform to learn from institutions with diverse experiences, share its perspective as a Philippine higher education institution, and identify partnerships that can produce lasting benefits for its school community and partner schools across the country.

From South Cotabato to Glasgow, HCCCI carries the Philippine flag with purpose—bringing with it its school community and partner institutions while strengthening global connections and creating opportunities that can make a meaningful difference at home.
