𝐇𝐂𝐂𝐂𝐈 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐏 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃 𝐗𝐈𝐈 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐮𝐦 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔
Holy Child Central Colleges, Inc. (HCCCI) participated in the NSTP Coordinator, CHED XII & ROTC Administrator Forum 2026, a face-to-face gathering of NSTP coordinators and ROTC administrators from different institutions in the region. The institution was represented by Kaye P. Escober, RCrim, who joined the event held on April 14, 2026, at the Orange Building Caffeine & Bite Spot in Purok Malipayon, Barangay San Isidro, General Santos City.
The forum focused on strengthening the implementation of the NSTP and ROTC programs, with emphasis on peace education and service-learning. It served as a space where educators and program implementers could share experiences, align practices, and explore ways to better guide students in becoming responsible and service-oriented individuals.
Kaye P. Escober, RCrim, was among the participants who engaged in discussions, lectures, and open forum sessions with representatives from the Philippine Air Force Reserve Command. Her participation reflected Holy Child Central Colleges, Inc.’s continued commitment to staying engaged with developments that enhance the delivery of NSTP and ROTC programs.
Key topics included the implementation of the Philippine Air Force ROTC program, updates on program instruction, and related activities that help shape student discipline, leadership, and civic awareness. The discussions also highlighted practical approaches that can be applied in educational institutions to better support student formation.
The said forum strongly aligns with several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education, by promoting improved instructional practices and student development; SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, by strengthening peace education and civic responsibility; and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, through collaboration among institutions and government agencies. These alignments reflect the shared commitment to building inclusive, responsive, and transformative educational systems.
The forum also supported important development goals, particularly in providing quality education, promoting peace and responsible citizenship, and strengthening partnerships among institutions.
