Holy Child Central Colleges, Inc. (HCCCI) formally entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Jinzai Consultancy Services OPC during a ceremonial signing held on July 20, 2026, at the HCCCI Library. Built upon a shared commitment to educational excellence, innovation, and international engagement, the partnership seeks to expand learning opportunities that enhance academic achievement and workforce readiness. Through the agreement, both institutions committed to implementing Japanese language instruction, professional development programs, academic enrichment activities, faculty training, and other collaborative initiatives that prepare learners and educators to thrive in an increasingly interconnected educational and professional landscape.
In her welcome message, Vanessa Marie L. Antiquin, MMEM, Executive Vice President of HCCCI, emphasized that meaningful partnerships play a vital role in preparing learners for the evolving demands of the global community. She underscored that collaborations with organizations that share the institutionโs vision strengthen HCCCIโs commitment to delivering quality education while creating opportunities that extend learning beyond the classroom and equip students with globally relevant competencies.
Representing Jinzai Consultancy Services OPC, Mr. Jeppie Ramada, President, introduced the organization and shared its mission of empowering Filipino learners and professionals through education, skills development, and international engagement. He highlighted the organizationโs commitment to building strong partnerships with educational institutions that promote Japanese language proficiency, intercultural understanding, career readiness, and expanded opportunities for global mobility.
One of the highlights of the program was the presentation of the HALI Japanese Language Program, an initiative designed to develop Japanese language proficiency while strengthening intercultural communication and cross-cultural understanding. Beyond language instruction, the program aims to prepare students, faculty members, and professionals for academic exchanges, international collaboration, career advancement, and meaningful engagement in multicultural environments. The formal signing of the Memorandum of Agreement further solidified the shared commitment of HCCCI and Jinzai Consultancy Services OPC to implementing collaborative initiatives that advance the institutionโs continuing internationalization agenda.
The partnership likewise advanced the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education, by expanding access to globally relevant and future-oriented learning opportunities; SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, by strengthening employability, lifelong learning, and workforce preparedness; SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities, by promoting equitable access to international learning experiences and intercultural engagement; and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, by fostering meaningful collaboration between educational institutions and industry partners in support of sustainable educational development.
Beyond its academic objectives, the collaboration is expected to generate lasting benefits by equipping learners and educators with practical language skills, intercultural competence, and professional capabilities that enable them to succeed in diverse educational and career settings. By strengthening institutional linkages and expanding access to specialized learning opportunities, the initiative also contributes to developing a globally competitive, culturally responsive, and adaptable workforce prepared to respond to the evolving demands of society.
Following the ceremonial signing, representatives from Jinzai Consultancy Services OPC toured HCCCIโs learning facilities, including the Robotics Laboratory and the Nursing Complex. The visit showcased the institutionโs technology-driven and industry-responsive learning environments while opening discussions on future collaborative initiatives. The tour concluded with both institutions reaffirming their shared commitment to creating meaningful educational opportunities that empower learners, strengthen professional competencies, and deepen intercultural understanding.
