(HCCCI) formally entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Jinzai Consultancy Services OPC during a ceremonial signing held on July 20, 2026, at the HCCCI Library. In her welcome message, Vanessa Marie L. Antiquin, MMEM, Executive Vice President of HCCCI, emphasized that meaningful partnerships play a vital role in preparing learners for the evolving demands of the global community. She underscored that collaborations with organizations that share the institution’s vision strengthen HCCCI’s commitment to delivering quality education while creating opportunities that extend learning beyond the classroom and equip students with globally relevant competencies.

Representing Jinzai Consultancy Services OPC, Mr. Jeppie Ramada, President, introduced the organization and shared its mission of empowering Filipino learners and professionals through education, skills development, and international engagement. He highlighted the organization’s commitment to building strong partnerships with educational institutions that promote Japanese language proficiency, intercultural understanding, career readiness, and expanded opportunities for global mobility.

One of the highlights of the program was the presentation of the HALI Japanese Language Program, an initiative designed to develop Japanese language proficiency while strengthening intercultural communication and cross-cultural understanding.
